The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Resolutions. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within Resolutions sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Resolutions, payment must be received by resolutions prior to Resolutions acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Resolutions. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Resolutions may invoice parts of an order separately. Your order is subject to cancellation by Resolutions, in Resolutions sole discretion. Resolutions standard pricing policy for Resolutions systems exists. Resolutions are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Resolutions and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; Risk of Loss. Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Title to products passes from Resolutions to Customer on shipment from Resolutions facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify Resolutions within 21 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you provide Resolutions with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only.
Warranties: warranties are provided as per individual producer. Details for each unit are available upon request.
All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection Act. This regulation ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email and has a "cooling off" period of 7 working days - during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel in writing.
The consumer will also be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us unless the goods prove to be faulty. Resolutions can arrange for the collection of goods at the customer's expense, alternatively the customer may choose to return the goods by their own means. Resolutions strongly recommend that you use some form of Recorded Delivery when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error.
To cancel this contract, please notify us in writing. A telephone call is not sufficient unless both you and Resolutions agree otherwise. You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and ensure that you are able to package the relevant item(s) securely and make it available for collection by our chosen courier. Please also inform us of the reason for which the goods are no longer required.
You can always return goods if they are defective/faulty. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage.
We must be notified within 3 working days of any items received defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. Simply return the damaged goods and we will issue a replacement if available or if required by the customer a refund. Where goods are damaged or faulty, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer.
